We are so proud of our Care Team who consistently deliver the highest level of care possible, in the utmost professional and respectful manner – and with genuine kindness. With extremely high standards, we train, develop and support our staff so they have the skills, knowledge and personal approach needed to care for our residents at the level we expect.

Led by our Care Home Manager Mrs Jaqui Joyce, our team works very closely together on a daily basis to make sure each one of our resident’s needs are being constantly monitored and they are receiving truly personalised care.

At Blossom House we believe in going the extra mile for our residents. This is evident in our staff ratio which exceeds the minimum care requirements and offers more hours of care each week to every resident. But you’ll also find it in little touches around the home, such as when our staff cheerfully respond to resident’s requests for a bit of a sing song! We can truthfully say nothing is too much trouble.
